I love Pilates!
I never cease to be amazed by how effective it is. It achieves so many different, successful outcomes both fitness and injury related.
I have been practising Pilates for many years and teaching it for 3! As a former gymnast it appealed to me as a means of exercise to maintain strength and flexibility. I have never bored of it!
I completed my Level 3 Mat and studio equipment (reformer, bench, wunda chair) certification at Powmak Pilates Studio in Windsor and I continue to teach here (reformer, mat and HIIT/Barre fusion -Powmix). I also teach at Studio 17 in Chiswick and The Hogarth Club.
Last year I completed Barre Fitness and BarreConcept training.
