Currently group classes are held twice a week (all levels welcome)

Mondays – 9.30am at The Old Windsor Club
Mondays – 6.00pm at Ascot Football Club
Class numbers are limited so please contact me before turning up.

New class for 2019 – HiitLates

Trim down and tone up in 2019!

Classes are one hour long and combine intervals of fat-blasting cardio with toning Pilates. The result is a total body workout and slim down!

This term is 5 weeks long and starts on Monday 15th January at 6pm – Ascot United Football Club. The high/low intensity session is taught by 2 fully qualified and experienced teachers, it is safe and effective for all levels of fitness. Price is £15 drop-in or save money by booking your place for the full 5 week course for £50.

Nicky Walker Pilates Studio


I love Pilates!

I never cease to be amazed by how effective it is. It achieves so many different, successful outcomes both fitness and injury related.

I have been practising Pilates for many years and teaching it for 3! As a former gymnast it appealed to me as a means of exercise to maintain strength and flexibility. I have never bored of it!

I completed my Level 3 Mat and studio equipment (reformer, bench, wunda chair) certification at Powmak Pilates Studio in Windsor and I continue to teach here (reformer, mat and HIIT/Barre fusion -Powmix). I also teach at Studio 17 in Chiswick and The Hogarth Club.

Last year I completed Barre Fitness and BarreConcept training.
